Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our app Elevapp on all devices and platforms.

Login information consists of a single non-personal PIN-code.

We save login tokens on the device to keep you logged in. For the app to function, our server software may also temporarily store your IP address.

Our app collects aggregate, anonymous statistics, to improve the app. The data collected are:

• The pin code used to login to the app
• Date and time of login to the app
• Last date and time the user has had the app on the foreground
• The app version and git commit of the app

These data cannot be linked to an individual user. These data are deleted when the user logs out.

If the user clicks on a “Ta kontakt” button, the app asks for the individual user’s first and last name for sending SMS message(s). The first and last name are stored only on the user’s device and deleted from the device when the user deletes the app. The user’s first and last name are only submitted to the recipient of the SMS message, and they are only submitted if the user chooses to send the SMS message. We do not collect or share with third parties the first and last name of the user.

No ads are used in the app.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our app.

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication from the app requires HTTPS.
